Balanced Breathing In Person and Online workshop

One of the lowest hanging fruits that any one can access is the breath, learning how to breath functionally effects all other systems of the body for the better. In this workshop we will explore different techniques to both calm and stimulate the nervous system in order to obtain a desired state and the reasons why this often overlooked foundational principle is so important.
This will include a worksheets and a follow up call to help integrate the learning.
