Over the course of 6 weeks we will be exploring the 6 foundation principles required for a healthy body and mind.
Thinking, Breathing, Moving, Nutrition, Hydration, and Sleep.
Each week we will explore at depth each principle as well as practical applications at each level.
This workshop will include a workbook and access to a group chat that we can ask questions and address difficulties during the application segments of the learnings.
A follow up call will be made a month following the conclusion of the course.
